Congratulations to Ryan on making Ireland U15 Squad

Congratulations to our very own Ryan O'Reilly who was chosen as part of an 18 man squad to represent Ireland U15 on an international trip to the Middle Eastern country of Qatar.

Ryan has attracted interest from Man Utd and has been over to visit them twice. Ballyjamesduff Soccer Club are very proud of Ryan and wish him the best on the trip.

We'd also like to wish Johnny Leddy from Cavan Shamrocks the best of luck who was also closen in the Ireland U-15 national side on the prestigious trip. It's a great result for Cavan soccer and an strong indication of the talent in the county.

Our recent draw did very well and our net profit was €5050.

Thank You Very Much for your support, it is greatly appreciated.

Ongoing Pitch Developments

A Disability Toilet is the most recent improvement to the pitch which was completed in October 2009.

With help of club sponsor, Cavan Box Packaging, the main entrance gates to the pitch have been erected.

Team dugouts have also been created, a spectator shelter and a 200m path right around the field perimeter. The path is of benefit to the walkers of Ballyjamesduff.

The next stage is to create a training area at the end of the field by removing the raised moulds of soil.
